Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Installation Manager to join our team at KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise HVAC sheet metal installation projects
- Lead and coordinate the activities of sheet metal workers and subcontractors
- Conduct quality control inspections to uphold company and industry standards
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Technical training or certification in HVAC/sheet metal is preferred.
