Requirements
- In-depth understanding of mechanical piping, plumbing, and HVAC Sheetmetal systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks within a 3D modeling environment.
- Expertise in routing, layout, clash detection, and coordination to produce complete shop drawings and 3D models.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A working knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Trimble Total Station systems is preferred.
2 years of detailing experience in mechanical, Sheetmetal, or piping systems is required.
Field installation experience in Sheetmetal or piping is a plus.
