Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account management activities to assess client needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills in inside sales techniques and customer engagement.
