Sales Staff will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards
- Must be 21 years or older
- Dependable, hardworking individual
- A valid driver’s license
- A valid license to carry a handgun or carry permit is recommended
- Good customer service aptitude
- Able to work evening and weekend shifts
- Computer literacy skills
- Working knowledge of Firearms
- Able to work between 30-40 hours a week
- Employees may be required to perform maintenance and daily upkeep of the facility. This position includes working with and coaching customers on a live shooting range as well as selling firearms, cleaning of the range and sales floor.
The Range Safety Officer (RSO) is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the gun range by enforcing range rules, maintaining a safe environment for all patrons, and providing assistance to shooters as needed. The RSO must demonstrate a strong commitment to firearm safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all range rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Monitor shooting activities to prevent unsafe behavior and intervene when necessary.
- Conduct safety briefings for range users, covering rules, proper firearm handling, and emergency procedures.
- Inspect firearms, ammunition, and equipment to ensure compliance with range policies.
- Assist customers with firearm operation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents or firearm malfunctions.
- Maintain range cleanliness and organization, including target replacement and equipment upkeep.
- Complete incident reports and document any safety violations or accidents.
- Provide guidance to new shooters and promote a positive shooting experience.
- Stay updated on firearm safety practices, range policies, and industry standards.
Rate based on experience.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
