What We Are Looking For :

Hands-on project management experience in commercial, heavy industrial, mission critical construction projects

Experience managing projects lasting a year or more

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical), Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management

Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Excel and project management software

Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, and resource coordination

Ability to deal diplomatically with internal and external customers (owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, draftsmen)

Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, engineering standards, and codes
