As the entry-level Client Services Associate, you will work closely with clients and customers alike to bolster brand awareness in the community and in turn drive sales revenue. Client Services Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Work directly with customers to promote our client's brand, products, and services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries
- Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement
- Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPI’s to maximize sales and drive revenue
- Adhere to our clients’ compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
- Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Services Associates to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills

Each entry-level Client Services Associate receives in-house training from our Senior Client Support team. This is an entry-level role, so no experience is required to apply.
