Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and segment the territory to identify market opportunities.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Territory Business Plan to meet sales metrics and budget targets.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing customers across sectors.
Drive new equipment sales and market penetration for the dealership.
Regularly visit assigned accounts and maintain accurate customer profiles.
Coordinate merchandising of new and used equipment to maintain a clean, professional dealership image.
Offer tailored equipment solutions with financing options to meet customer needs and dealership margin goals.
Accurately evaluate trade-ins and ensure profitable resale of used equipment.
Promote planned maintenance programs (Performance Edge) during sales conversations.
Support the in-store sales team and share relevant leads.
Assist with dealership lot presentation, annual budgeting, and departmental expense control.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of sales experience in a similar or related industry.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Solid understanding of sales techniques and financial principles related to equipment operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
