Koenig is currently seeking an Ag Marketplace Salesperson supporting assigned areas of responsibility out of the Dealership's Greenfield, IN location.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Field retail inquiries resulting from phone calls, online sources, and walk-ins.
- Proactively promote and quote equipment, financing, precision, and value-added service solutions to Customers and prospects.
- Evaluate equipment offered on trade.
- Gather and document critical Customer information to aid timely follow-up. Communicate sales effectively and efficiently to internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and payment.
- Maintain relevant and current knowledge of product specifications, features, and associated benefits, including competitive products. Actively participate in sales department trainings, events, and meetings.
- Assist Manger Used Equipment with reconditioning process and decision-making.
- Advise Specialists on the display of used equipment.
- Assist Sales Support team with used equipment inventory management.
- Assist Marketing with the creation and communication of marketing content as requested.
- Support staffing needs of assigned location including seasonal and weekend hours.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager Used Equipment
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer relationship skills.
- Effective communicator. Strong organization and time management skills.
- Sales and/or ag dealership experience preferred.
- Ag Sales, Ag Marketing, or Ag Communications degree preferred.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Proficient with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
