Koenig is currently seeking an Ag Marketplace Salesperson supporting assigned areas of responsibility out of the Dealership's Greenfield, IN location.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Field retail inquiries resulting from phone calls, online sources, and walk-ins.
  • Proactively promote and quote equipment, financing, precision, and value-added service solutions to Customers and prospects.
  • Evaluate equipment offered on trade.
  • Gather and document critical Customer information to aid timely follow-up. Communicate sales effectively and efficiently to internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and payment.
  • Maintain relevant and current knowledge of product specifications, features, and associated benefits, including competitive products. Actively participate in sales department trainings, events, and meetings.
  • Assist Manger Used Equipment with reconditioning process and decision-making.
  • Advise Specialists on the display of used equipment.
  • Assist Sales Support team with used equipment inventory management.
  • Assist Marketing with the creation and communication of marketing content as requested.
  • Support staffing needs of assigned location including seasonal and weekend hours.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager Used Equipment
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills.
  • Effective communicator. Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Sales and/or ag dealership experience preferred.
  • Ag Sales, Ag Marketing, or Ag Communications degree preferred.
  • Satisfactory driving record.
  • Proficient with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
