Hardscape/Construction Crew Lead

Koenig's Landscaping, LLC is a small, growing company located on Venetia Rd. in Eighty Four, Pa. Our crews perform a wide variety of projects with plans to grow in each industry we service. We are looking to hire a long term, skilled crew leader to run our hardscape/construction crew. The majority of the work our crews take care of is retaining walls, concrete forming and finishing, pavers, excavation, and french drains.

Requirements:

-Preffered both English and Spanish speaking

-In depth knowledge of hardscape construction for projects such as retaining walls, patios, concrete, drainage, excavation, etc..

-Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt with company

-Strong leadership, communication, and job planning skills

-Capable of leading 2-4 man crew to from start to completion of listed work above

-Ability to run necessary machinery for this type of work (skid loader, excavator, etc.)

Job Description and Duties

-Leads a crew of 2-4 men to complete projects such as retaining walls, patios, concrete, drainage, excavation, etc.

-Follows work orders and completes projects in alotted amount of time within budget guidelines

-Quality control of project installations

-Pre project and Final walk through with customers

-Responsible for inventory of tools and equipment assigned to crew

-Sticks to deadlines, schedule, and budget

-Follows specific standard operating procedures for each job and task

-Promotes positive morale throughout the company

We are specifically looking for someone who specializes in at least one of the areas of work we perform. Koenig's Landscaping is a small growing business in the South Hills area with plenty of opportunity within. The enviroment we are creating here is a long term, healthy, sustainabe work enviroment where everyone is in a position to grow not only within the company, but on a personal level as well. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building and growing this culture over the years.

Pay is in the range of $26-$36/hr depending on skill set and leadership capabilities. A typical work week is 40-50hrs.
