Role Overview
This role involves being the first point of contact for our customers, handling online interactions, text messaging, phone calls, or email correspondence.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and schedule appointments.
- Respond to internet inquiries to facilitate appointments at our dealership.
- Contact customers after their visit to gauge their experience.
- Help customers select vehicles and promote model options, features, and services via phone, email, text, or chat.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
