- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and arrange appointments.
- Respond to online inquiries to facilitate visits to our dealership.
- Contact customers after their visit to gather feedback.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles and promoting models, features, and services via phone, email, text, or chat.
- Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as necessary.
