Primary Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Perform lead research and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Develop and manage a CRM system to track leads and client interactions.
- Update and maintain accurate business development databases and lead information.
- Create tailored sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to connect with potential clients.
Branding
- Conduct job site audits to ensure branding compliance and improve brand visibility.
- Select, order, and manage Koester-branded items, including apparel, signage, and promotional materials.
- Audit and update physical and digital branding materials to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with project teams to capture and showcase success stories for promotional use.
- Strategically manage the advertising budget to maximize brand awareness and ROI.
- Serve as a liaison for sponsorship opportunities and partnerships aligned with the Koester brand.
- Promote and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and activities.
Marketing
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage clients and attract talent.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Create and schedule content for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Update the company website with engaging, SEO-optimized content.
- Monitor and improve SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing marketing materials and presentations.
- Track marketing objectives, analyze performance data, and recommend strategy adjustments.
Client Relations
- Distribute and collect client feedback to monitor satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and show appreciation, including personalized outreach and gift distribution.
- Conduct post-project interviews to gather client testimonials and feedback.
- Create and execute client appreciation programs with tiered benefits.
- Organize and coordinate client-focused events and initiatives to foster long-term relationships.
