Key Responsibilities :
- Write clear, compelling, and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, technical precision, and alignment with client needs.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
- Assist in coordinating Q&A content pairing for proposal management tools.
- Edit and proofread proposals for consistency, grammar, and overall quality.
- Maintain and update a library of proposal templates and standard content.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to proposal brainstorming sessions.
