Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staffing Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of human resources practices, enabling them to effectively manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Duties
- Utilize various platforms for lead generation and candidate sourcing, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date.
- Facilitate the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Once hired, manage employees and address their needs and concerns as well as those coming from the clients.
- Providing administrative support to the payroll and invoicing department by entering employee time data, processing new hires, maintaining payroll records, calculating deductions, responding to employee payroll inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or staffing roles, with a strong understanding of employee relations.
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using Excel and Microsoft office.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
