About the RoleAs Senior Designer, you will develop designs throughout all creative phases, from initial concept through final production. You will also serve as a design go-to in a cross-functional, cross-channel capacity.What You’ll DoSolve creative challenges and build creative that delivers on business objectives and strategyImplement design within established creative visionCollaborate with Marketing partners on all projects as necessary to develop creative solutionsParticipate in and lead creative brainstormsManage project objectives and execution with minimal direct supervisionPrepare creative presentation materials, present and review all creative with creative leadsCollaborate with the Production Designer, ensuring proof comments are accurately completedOnboard and mentor the creative team, freelancers and internsCollaborate with Project Management to keep projects on schedule and assist with timeline developmentMaintain job notes on critical design details for future referenceMaintain an organized file management systemCollaborate with partners on long-term process and tool improvementsAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredBachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant work experience4-8 years of relevant work experienceExcellent organization, time management and multitasking skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsMac proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications : Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe XD and / or Adobe After EffectsStrong understanding of typography and design compositionElevated design eye with an appreciation for thoughtful, detailed and consistent creative executionPreferredExperience with retail workflow, processes and structureExperience mentoring and overseeing junior designersDemonstrated ability to present creative ideas in a professional, organized mannerStrong understanding of photography composition
