Loss Prevention Officer is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
- Conducting surveillance and apprehension of external theft suspects in compliance with Kohl's Ethical Standards and Apprehension Guidelines.
- Monitoring customer and associate activities in the store for potential theft of Kohl's assets and taking appropriate action to prevent theft
- Assisting in monitoring store compliance with Kohl's policies and procedures on theft deterrence, safety and operational controls
- Implementing and promoting store awareness programs addressing theft, safety and operational controls
- Completing all statistical and incident reports and maintaining all apprehension and investigation records according to Kohl's standards
