Stockroom Operations Lead is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
- Overseeing Omni and Freight flow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Supporting Sales, Hospitality, Operations, People, and Conversion through our Shop C3 Program
- Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
- Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
- Leveraging omni channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience
- Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
- Accurately delivering on operational processes
- Onboarding, training and developing associates
