What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Kohl's Stores?
Kohl’s is immediately hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania! As a maintenance technician, you will perform maintenance and general repair services in approximately 10-15 of our Kohl's stores. Mileage is reimbursed for travel to and from the stores!

Maintenance Technician is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
- Performing interior lighting, electrical, plumbing and store repairs
- Performing exterior maintenance of building including building painting, curb/ramp painting, power-washing, and minor Common Area Maintenance repairs of landscaping, signage, and concrete/asphalt
- Identifying interior and exterior maintenance issues that need resolution by exterior vendors and entering those issues into Web Based Facilities Management program for assignment and completion
- Communicating recaps of stores visited, wins/opportunities found, as well as issues resolved on store visits
- Assisting stores with solutions to increase CLEAN presence
