What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commodities Specialist position at Kohl Wholesale?
Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time commodities specialist to handle a multitude of questions and inquiries from customers regarding all aspects of the K-12 commodity program. Communicate with internal contacts and outside sales representatives regarding customer requests and follow-up. Update and maintain commodity reports, billing files and customized commodity packets by school district.
HOURS: 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Possess good interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Attention to detail in addition to the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Hands-on computer experience using Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to think critically and solve problems.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all task as set forth and assigned to him/her.
• Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
