What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Kohl Wholesale?
Take orders in a professional and helpful way. Refer to product literature when necessary to ensure that questions are answered correctly. Handle customer service complaints or questions. Assist customers and other departments as position allows in a professional way. Industry experience preferred.
HOURS: 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Monday - Friday
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Food service knowledge.
• Computer experience helpful.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in fielding complex customer inquiries using acquired knowledge of experience to resolve situations.
• Able to think critically and solve problems.
• Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
