The Head of IT- Hospitality is responsible for establishing and executing the technology strategy for the Kohler Hospitality business, ensuring appropriate alignment with the company's enterprise strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success. This role is responsible for crafting and executing a technology strategy that enhances guest experiences with cost-effectiveness and cutting-edge digital experience technology. As a member of the Hospitality leadership team, the role contributes to strategy development for the group and individual businesses/markets, bringing a current knowledge and future vision for leveraging technology in business model design, business process re-engineering, product and service development, and support competitive advantage. The role builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders, being a connected and influential senior player across the business units and in the IT organization. The leader ensures governance and alignment of business demand and supply, leveraging the enterprise IT portfolio of shared service and solutions where fit-for-purpose, and finding creative solutions for unique or market-specific needs.
Specific Responsibilities
The salary range for this position is $183,600 - $239,250. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.

Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the IT and digital experience strategy for the Hospitality division, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise strategy.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system and other digital tools to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations departments to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and external partners.
- Ensure the effective governance and alignment of business demand and supply, leveraging shared services and solutions where appropriate.
- Identify and implement creative solutions for unique or market-specific needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of IT and digital experience professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on digital experience and customer engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful IT and digital strategies in a global, multiunit hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including PMS systems, mobile applications, and web development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
- Availability to travel up to 10% of the time
