.Kohler Ventures seeks a Project Lead to help coordinate activities within and between project teams to align with the strategy and timelines of broader organizational goals. Representative activities might include: project coordination, delegation, reporting & escalation, vendor management, and project implementation

.The candidate should have a desire to work in an environment similar to a start-up, where hierarchy is flattened, speed is paramount, innovative ideas win the day, and priorities may suddenly shift

.This role requires a highly collaborative attitude, as teamwork and open communication are essential to success. • ;DDefine project plans, monitor execution and provide comprehensive reports to leadership and upper manageme

• rsAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks to enable project completion on time and within budg
• etRecommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategi
• esProvide support to the broader operations team as needed, assisting with tasks such as data entry, document organization, and coordination of procurement-related activiti

  Bachelor's degree from a top institution, preferably in an engineering discip
• line3 years experience working either in consulting, project management, and/or operations at a technology com
• panyPreferred case team or previous work experience in start-up operations and new product develop
• mentExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, attention to detail, and organizational sk
• illsPositive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership/responsibility, and ability to drive work forward without day-to-day managerial sup
