As a Senior Engineer - Electrical & Energy Systems, you will lead critical initiatives in electrical infrastructure, energy efficiency, and project management. This hybrid role encompasses designing, optimizing, and maintaining electrical power and building systems, while also driving strategic efforts to enhance facility-wide energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve resource sustainability. You will have the opportunity to manage impactful projects and directly contribute to Kohler's commitment to operational excellence and environmental responsibility.
On-site presence is required for individual projects, and occasional travel (up to 15%) may be necessary. A hybrid work model may be considered for the ideal candidate.

The salary range for this position is $113,000 - $143,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
