As a Data Analyst at Kohler Credit Union, you'll play a key role in using data to inform business decisions and optimize processes. You'll collaborate with various teams to analyze trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and ensure data-driven decisions are made at every level. Your insights will help enhance operational performance and deliver an exceptional experience for our members.

- Data Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Use SQL Developer and Monarch Data Prep Studio to query, manipulate, and clean data, while also training business users on how to interpret data and use Power BI dashboards effectively.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Support predictive modeling and forecasting efforts to enhance business planning and drive future growth.

Data Analyst Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a financial institution or credit union.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL Developer and SQL Language for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Monarch Data Prep Studio for data preparation (preferred).
- Knowledge of Oracle Database structure (preferred).
- Expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
