Location: Manitowoc-Meijer (Home Branch) with travel to Northern Branches
Overview: Kohler Credit Union is excited to welcome enthusiastic individuals to our team as a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative. This entry-level role requires no prior experience. As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will assist our members at our Manitowoc and Mishicot branches by processing transactions, recommending financial products, and ensuring a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with members, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Meet performance goals related to service quality and accuracy.
- Accurately process transactions and manage cash securely.
- Adhere to all operational and security procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
- Communicate with both members and colleagues effectively in person, over the phone, and via email to provide assistance and answer questions as needed.
- Adapt to various duties and locations as needed, traveling between branches.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Previous experience working with the public is beneficial; cash handling experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling between branches.
