Location: Saukville (Home Branch), with travel to Southern Branches

Kohler Credit Union, a member-centric financial institution, is actively seeking a Full-Time Floating Teller/Member Service Representative. In this role, you'll primarily work at our Saukville branch, with travel to our other Southern branches as necessary. You'll be responsible for assisting members with their financial transactions, addressing their banking needs, and recommending financial products, all while delivering outstanding customer service. We provide a flexible work schedule, generous paid time off, and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for floating positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly service to ensure positive interactions with members.
• Achieve performance goals related to accuracy, service quality, and member satisfaction.
• Process transactions and handle cash securely.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with both members and team members across different channels.
• Travel to different branches as required and assist with various tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and support career development.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, with cash handling experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel between branches.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturday shifts 8:00AM- Noon. Typical hours range from 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM or 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM.
