In this role, you'll primarily work out of our Sheboygan- Taylor Drive branch, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. You'll assist members with processing financial transactions, addressing their specific needs, and recommending appropriate financial products. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members, building positive relationships through friendly and professional interactions.
• Meet performance targets related to accuracy, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle financial transactions and manage cash securely.
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Communicate clearly with members and team members via phone, email, and in-person.
• Be adaptable to different roles and travel between branches as required.
• Participate in continuous training for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred; cash handling experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for travel between branch locations.

Hours: Schedules vary based on branch needs, typically from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts.
