In this position, you'll lead our marketing team to design and implement innovative marketing strategies that not only align with our values and mission, but that supports the goals of growth and enhances member loyalty.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to track campaign performance, deliver regular reports to leadership, and refine marketing strategies based on KPIs to ensure continuous growth and success.

VP- Marketing Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM systems to manage interactions, streamline marketing efforts, and drive member retention.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent project management, teamwork, and communication skills.
