BASIC FUNCTION
The Sr. Director-Operations, Wisconsin Power Systems will drive operational excellence and strategic leadership by growing, leading and managing Rehlko's Wisconsin operations. The position is responsible for identifying and implementing operational processes and best practices to deliver to goals for safety, people, quality, delivery and continuous improvement across our manufacturing locations. This position is also responsible for improving customer experience, developing resiliency within material strategies, advancing manufacturing capabilities, and establishing a culture focused on innovating with speed, winning as connected teams and the commitment to always improve.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Full responsibility for driving efficient and successful operations, achieving key performance metrics, expense management, safety & quality performance, including compliance with all regulations.
Accountable for throughput and financial results. Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Oversight and implementation for a Daily Accountability Process, tracking daily site performance and identifying issues in real time.
Expected to deliver a high-quality product and service performance across all market segments.
Strong track record of partnering in cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to support production operations and ensure execution of business plans.
Expertise in heavy equipment assembly, metal cutting and bending, welding, painting, and machining processes.
Hands-on servant leadership approach, spending the majority of the time at Gemba on the shop floor.
Experience presenting to C-suite executives, private equity owners.
Develop and implement a best-in-class, build-to-order, supply, and production capability to provide the optimum flexibility and responsiveness in support of customer demand.
Strong business planning skills to complete strategic projects with implications for business areas with rapidly evolving business processes. Must possess a balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors' degree required.
10 years operations experience in global manufacturing, OEM, or B2B environment preferred.
Candidate possess demonstrated strategic thinking and turning them into executable actions to achieve results.
Demonstrate strong people leadership skills and ability to build and grow high performing, cohesive teams in a matrix environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills are required.
Must be goal oriented, results driven and able to work independently

The salary range for this position is $206,000 - $270,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
