Summary
As a Training Coordinator at Kohler Co., you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs that empower our associates. Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training content using Adobe Captivate and other tools.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for associates across various departments.
- Ensure all training materials are SCORM-compliant for effective delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
- Maintain updated records of training activities and participant progress.
- Support visual design efforts to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate training schedules and updates effectively to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content development and instructional design, particularly with Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of SCORM standards for eLearning content delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly.
- Familiarity with visual design principles to create appealing training materials is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
- Graphic design skills will be beneficial in enhancing training presentations.
- Video editing experience is an advantage for creating dynamic learning materials.
