Faucet Assembly Operator

Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shifts Needed:

• 1st shift, 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday

• 2nd shift, 4:30pm-3:00am, Monday-Thursday

We are looking for Operator I in our Organics department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Performing all duties associated within the department
  
• Following instructions and communicating effectively
  
• Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  
• Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
  
• Loading wash baskets for washer.
  Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
