Opportunity
Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.
As the Lead Server for Riverbend you will be responsible for:

Receiving guest's food and beverage order, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.

Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards.

Being responsible for ensuring all operational and service standards are being upheld by serving and bussing associates.

Being responsible for any large reservations, special requests, and special menus.

Training and integration of new associates in outlet.
- Administering performance observations and provide coaching to individuals.
This position at Riverbend is a full time position. We are looking for someone with flexible availability, with shifts on both weekdays and weekends, day time and evenings.
Skills/Requirements

Candidate must have ability to verbally communicate and hear

Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs and/or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects

Standing/Walking for extended periods of time

High School Diploma

At least 18 Years of Age
- 1-2 Years Serving Experience preferred

The hourly range for this position is $4.25 - $5.30 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
