Crafting Excellence : YourResponsibilities
As a Cycle Counter for Kohler Co.,you will be an ambassador of the Kohler brand and the Vikrell productline. The Cycle Counter is responsible for counting materials based onspecified categories and cycle count schedules to ensure they match withinventory logs and documents. In this role, your areas of primary focus aremaintaining inventory accuracy, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and moralewhile striving to develop the Kohler Co. core competencies. You will work8-hour shifts for 5 days and work will include sitting, standing, bending,twisting, and lifting. You will be an ideal candidate if you are anexperienced logistics professional and are willing to learn and adapt to newand changing processes and environments.
Additional Your Job Duties
Cycle count materials to ensurethey match inventory logs and documents.
Troubleshoot of variances, including recounts and systemresearch.
Complete cycle count discrepancy forms with data from SAPand physical counts.
Assist in Component Alert Management by providing count andlocation of components below safety stock / alert level.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting andprocessing materials transactions in a timely manner.
Participate in processes dealing with damaged freight,scrapping, physical inventory counts, and other processes of inventorymanagement.
Work unsupervised for short periods of time.
Travel from plant to warehouse as needed.
Follow all safety and quality plant guidelines.
Responsible for 5S and housekeeping activities.
Provide good verbal directions to others, such as forkliftdrivers or carrier drivers.
Utilize hand-held scanners where required to track allmaterial movements.
Ensure applicable product compliance requirements are upheldincluding but not limited to the Clean Air Act, Arizona Code of Regulation and ArizonaHealth and Safety Code.

Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous experience with a strong work ethic that includes the ability to work8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, andlifting.
The flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases ofproduction and operability.
A positive, adaptable, hard-working, and patient mindset.
A willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scope.
PreferredQualifications
Have previous experience in aLogistics or Cycle Counter role.
Have previous experience in ahigh-volume manufacturing environment
Have a natural ability to problemsolve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
High school diploma / GED equivalentpreferred.
