This is a fast-paced, direct to consumer team where you'll have the opportunity to work with homeowners to bring their bath & shower dreams to life!The Sales Manager plays a key role in executing a business plan with sales objectives in support of the business's financial and non-financial goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager is the leadership interface between the Operations and Sales Departments and is an important member of the management team for the business location.The Sales Manager is the coach of high-performing sales professionals (Kohler Design Sales Consultants), who sets and clarifies associate objectives, managing ongoing performance, and continuously developing team skills. The Sales Manager elevates and protects the KOHLER brand by promoting and ensuring compliance to approved sales policies, methodologies, and values.Specific ResponsibilitiesBe a leader in the building that is commitment to excellence in all aspects.
