Specific Responsibilities:

Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards

Receiving guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques

Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards

Following proper food and liquor handling procedures
- Maintaining complete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices
This is a Seasonal position beginning May 1st till Oct. 15th. Working weekdays weekends with hours varying between 5:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Skills/Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age

Ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire required
- Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly pay range for this position is $2.33 tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
