- Resolves dishonest Associate activity
- Investigates Carrier & Driver fraud
- Understanding the Business acumen of the DC, RTV & EFC Programs
- Identifies Shortage related compliance issues and recommends corrective actions.
- Develops and implements audits and reporting of unit accuracy, shortage control, operational processing and vendor accuracy violations.
- Oversees the physical inventory process in the DC & EFC environment.
- Ensures efficient and accurate gatehouse operations.
- Reviews accident investigations and trends and recommends solutions to reduce frequency.
Develop teams to drive business results and retain talent
- Recruits, interviews and hires non-exempt personnel
- Leads Associate development and performance coaching
- Provides real-time performance feedback, reinforcement and motivation
- Consistently recognizes high performance with the team
- Actively maintains a highly engaged Team of Loss
- Prevention Associates
Plan and Organize workload to meet business demands
- Reviews work schedules to ensure proper coverage within the payroll expense plans
- Provides guidance to LP supervisors on allocation of tasks to LP Officers and Service Specialists
- Ensure alignment of resources with needs of business partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2 years experience in Distribution Center , Ecommerce or Store Loss Prevention management.
Preferred
- Advanced Degree
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
