What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Automation Specialist position at Kohn Law Firm S.C.?

The IT Automation Specialist will contribute to the success of Kohn Law Firm by helping us meet our expanding technical needs.
IT Automation Specialist Duties will include:
- Assisting with IT projects and reporting tasks for the legal departments
- Automation of Client and Firm reporting
- Processing data into/out of databases
- Supplementing helpdesk/support duties and responsibilities where necessary
Preferred knowledge and skill areas:
The ideal candidate wouldn’t necessarily need expertise in all of these areas, but should be comfortable learning and taking on in-depth responsibilities over time.
- Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation software
- Python, PowerShell, VBA or similar languages
- MS Excel
- MS-SQL programming language
- Collection Master by Vertican Technologies
