The Impact You’ll Make:
Koho Consulting is looking for our next impact player! We are a fast-growing implementation partner for a range of CLM tools. In this role, you will assist on implementation projects ranging in size from SMBs to Enterprise customers.
As the project coordinator, you are assisting the Project Manager in communication between Koho and client project stakeholders. You will be providing additional help for significant projects having company-wide visibility/impact. You will have an impact on the planning, design, implementation, and testing of complex projects.
The Day to Day:
- Assist on multiple implementation projects for customers that range in complexity and size.
- Lead the project set-up levergaing internal tools like Sharepoint.
- Responsible for consistently updating project status reports.
- Spearhead project backlog maintenance.
- Schedule meetings, assist with preparing agendas and admin organization (making sure timelines are up to date, documentation is organized etc).
- Sharing meeting notes with client team and ensuring that notes are accurately being reflected in Confluence.
- Ensure documentation is up to date in Confluence.
- Lead the planning and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of deliverables to meet the goals and priorities of the client.
- Help identify and fix deficiencies in processes and procedures that impede the smooth implementation of projects.
- Review, understand, and ensure that the project team adheres to the client agreements.
Your background:
- 1 year as a project coordinator, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Experience with Accelo, Microsoft Office & SharePoint.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to prioritize.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with others.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and have difficult conversations with external and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems.
- CLM experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
