- Teach daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and self-care
- Accompany individuals on community outings, shopping trips, and social events
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and well-being
- Provide personal care and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Valid Ohio driver's license with four points or less
- Reliable transportation and car insurance
- Clear background check
