Job Description: As a Day Support Professional-Specialist, you will work in conjunction with the Boundless team to ensure those we serve can live a Boundless life. This involves providing direct support to clients with autism spectrum disorders, behavioral health conditions, and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years or more of experience in the behavioral health, human services, or mental health field. A college degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should possess the ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, be proficient in computer skills, and obtain/maintain First Aid, CPR certifications. Previous experience working directly with children and families, as well as knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, behavioral health conditions, and developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
