Responsibilities :

optimizing profitability and margins

  • Develops product roadmaps and leads new product initiatives through the eyes of the end user's unmet needs to create unique value - from initial research through product launch and results
  • Global launch preparation and controlling of the launch success as member of project-team
  • Guide trainers in the SBU (train the trainers)
  • Study and consider sales chances and align the product strategy for all KOKI brands
  • Market research : market information / statistics within report preparations; provide methodology and support to members to conduct surveys
  • Life cycle management though maximizing product SKU productivity, ensuring profitability and rationalization
  • Partners with sales team through participation in key customer planning and meetings, channel initiatives, and product training for assigned categories
  • Collaborate with marketing communications on go-to-market strategy to meet category and business objectives
  • Partner with channel and SCM teams to ensure accurate new product forecasts, as well as alignment on promotion activities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Education & Experience :

    Bachelor's degree and 4 years of product management experience (marketing / technical background preferred)

    Language Skills :

    Ability to read, write, and present business and technical information clearly

    Mathematical Skills :

    Competence in applying statistical and mathematical concepts to practical situations

    Problem-Solving :

    Skilled in handling diverse, non-standardized challenges

    Computer Skills :

    Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
