Kokomos is looking for a enthusiastic Front of House Manager & Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience in a high volume setting.
Manager Responsibilities
- Manage staff & customer service
- Troubleshoot POS System
- Jump in wherever you need to help make things run smoothly
- Work with Restaurant Owner to enhance customer experience
Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to Lead a staff
- Ability to anticipate all the needs of a busy restaurant & make decisions
- Ability to work with various POS & Inventory software programs
- Flexibility for various hours and shifts
- Ability to work solo during slower periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
