Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products by understanding their preferences and needs.
- Educate customers about various strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and uses of different items.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products and services.
- Uphold compliance with all state regulations regarding cannabis sales and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills.
- Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential.

- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to comply with state regulations.
