POSITION SUMMARY: As a Call Center and Delivery Service Agent at Kolas, you will play a pivotal role, providing top-notch customer service and support while ensuring the smooth operation or our delivery services. Duties include:
Call Center duties:
· Answering calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate product information and guidance.
· Taking phone orders and correctly entering them into our POS system.
· Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, suggestions, and order-related issues.
· Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
· Escalating issues to management when necessary.
· Communicating frequently with management to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers regarding promotions, goals, issues, etc.
Delivery Dispatch duties:
· Coordinating and scheduling delivery orders efficiently using POS and routing applications.
· Conducting second check on orders to ensure accuracy.
· Assigning delivery tasks to drivers and tracking their progress.
· Providing front-line support for drivers who need assistance on the road.
· Communicating with drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
· Sending payment links to customers as needed.
· Responding to delivery-related issues and providing solutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS:
· Must be 21 years of age at the time of application.
· Minimum two years of Customer Service experience required.
· Retail sales and cash handling experience highly preferred.
· Friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette a must.
· Call Center experience preferred but not required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
· Effective time-management and problem-solving skills.
· Cannabis knowledge a plus.
· Delivery logistics knowledge a plus.
· Typing 50 WPM preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
