Compensation- $100,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses with earning potential up to $200,000.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include all areas of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to :
Client interface and meetings.
Manages cases from inception through trial.
Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients.
Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
Handling all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings and trial.
Management and successful achievement of case deadlines.
Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals.
Performing legal research.
Assists with training personnel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
5 years of experience in commercial or residential property claims.
Active and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association.
Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service.
Must be tech-friendly and / or willing to learn.
Must be an effective and clear communicator.
Must be able to track and meet minimum billable requirements.
