About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will drive Koloni’s marketing efforts by crafting and executing strategies that support our reseller and dealer network. You’ll develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns, create compelling sales collateral, and manage digital advertising efforts to expand our reach and generate demand for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Reseller/Dealer Network Support – Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional campaigns to empower our reseller partners
✅ B2B Marketing Strategy – Plan and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals and drive lead generation
✅ Content Creation & Branding – Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations
✅ Advertising & Digital Campaigns – Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
✅ Event & Trade Show Marketing – Support reseller participation in trade shows and industry events with promotional materials and booth strategy
✅ CRM & Marketing Automation – Utilize HubSpot or similar tools to execute email campaigns and track marketing performance
✅ Collaboration – Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with company objectives
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technology, logistics, or SaaS environment
🔹 Experience supporting reseller or dealer networks with marketing materials and sales enablement tools
🔹 Strong content creation skills – ability to write compelling copy for various marketing materials
🔹 Hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, and lead generation strategies
🔹 Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
🔹 Ability to work in-office in Arlington Heights, IL and collaborate with the team on-site
