Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of projects related to continuous improvement and managing project schedules. This role is critical in optimizing operations and supporting overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage products related to file storage, forward planning and process improvement.
- Utilize Smartsheet and other systems to track production schedules, and process activities.
- Assist director level or higher with maintaining and auditing data to identify trends regarding production planning and project management.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor process performance metrics and recommend improvements as necessary.
Skills
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project and planning systems.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts and practices.
- Experience in data control and management techniques.
- Knowledge of production planning processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with process management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
