We are looking to strengthen our presence in the U.S. market through hiring dedicated, driven and career-oriented professionals. Kolver is currently seeking top level qualified applicants for multiple outside sales positions to expand our presence in the U.S. market. The Midwest Western Zone territory includes IL, WI, MN, IA, & MO.
Applicants must be experienced in solution-based selling both into distribution and manufacturing facilities. Candidates will develop deep knowledge in the torque control and precision fastening markets, including Industry 4.0 and automated/robot-assisted assembly with an emphasis on threaded fastening. Any previous experience or knowledge in these fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
The following is a broad-scoped outline of the basic duties and responsibilities of the above-titled position:
● Provides strategic leadership in developing and implementing an overall sales strategy, policies and procedures that yield a sustainable competitive advantage that translates into continued growth and profitability consistent with the company’s annual and longer-term strategic plan.
● Develops and maintains effective working relationships with customers while gaining an understanding of their businesses, organization, and needs. Plays a lead role in developing and maintaining relationships with distribution channels, manufacturer’s representative partners, major customers and new target accounts.
● Conducts market research, monitors competitor products and activities, and maintains an awareness of any sales or customer issues needing personal involvement to resolve.
● Maintains timely and accurate records and reports, within our CRM and other software systems.

Skills and Qualifications:
● B.S. in Business, Engineering or other relevant academic background, or equivalent experience
● 4 years of proven over quota sales achievement selling to similar/relative industries.
● Distribution channel management and MRO/Industry experience preferred.
● Proven track record of sales success.
● Existing book of business preferred.
● Demonstrated success driving new business development to exceed goals on a territory
● Ability to engage the whole organization to win new business
● Have high degree of integrity, ethics, motivation, energy and enthusiasm
● Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills
