The time is now! KOMAN Construction has an opportunity for a Project Manager with Operations & Maintenance experience to support our Customs and Border Patrol contract in Laredo, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides clarity and communicates roles and responsibilities to subordinates and clients.
- Ensures project reporting and decision-making processes are effective and timely.
- Partner with the Safety Director to ensure that the safety policies of the Accident Prevention Plan are enforced.
- Commit him/herself to customer service in representing the company and providing a quality product as the customer contracted for.
- Continuously monitors project budgets and applies procedures to maintain profit levels as established in the initial budget as well as monthly updates.
- Schedules projects in accordance to client needs using software.
- Understands and applies procedures to ensure a positive cash flow for the entire duration of all projects under their supervision.
- Will be the main line of communication with the overall customer. Must be able to quickly and articulately define any issues with projects under their control. They set the overall tone for communications at all levels.
- Monitors all activities on each project and ensure that all employees are following company policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years Project Management
- 5 years O&M or construction management experience preferred.
- 5 years of federal government contracting experience preferred.
- Proficient with Project Management software and estimating software
- Proven track record of leading and developing effective teams
- Current in 30 hour OSHA certification, 1st Aid / CPR
