Key Responsibilities
- Perform in engineering projects to develop, maintain and support components, products and / or services per market demands, as well as for continual process improvements.
- Learn to perform or conduct engineering evaluations including investigations, basic calculations and tests that have well defined requirements and desired outcomes.
- Participate in provided Learning and Development opportunities, both inside and outside of the organization, to benefit oneself and the overall organization.
- Work as part of a team, under the direction of an Engineer or Designer, to complete well defined work on time and to specifications.
- Engage in effective communication of engineering issues to ensure compliance with well defined global standards and engineering best practices.
- Support improvements to streamline engineering processes used to design, develop, maintain and support components, products, and / or services.
- Perform product support tasks with cross-functional business partners in Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality.
